The main issue and problems of Nepalese women of today’s society is Cervical Cancer which cause due to Human Papilloma Virus (HPV). It is also called as pre-cancer which directly attack the mouth of uterus called as Cervical. If the patients didn’t give treatment for these problem will affect Cancer after 5-7 years. It can be find out through PAP Smear Test which is easiest, cheapest, softness and simple way of finding out the Cancer or not. 

It can be done within 5 to 15 minutes. But for this test, patient have to stop using antibiotic before a week. This test have to be done by 30-60 years old age women once a year which prevent from the losses of money in future by giving treatment of Cervical Cancer. For the first time, women must do this test in every 6 months for three times and if the result is negative than have to check up once a year. Even the result is negative, have to check-up after 5 years. Its process is too long and most of the women didn’t go for further check-up. 

You have to be careful because Cancer is unknown diseases and have not any specific symptoms. The vaccine for this Cancer is also invented which is use for 9-13 years old ladies children but being expensive, it is not in practice in Nepal. Symptoms: If the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) starts attack the uterus, symptoms show only after doing s@#ex. The main and first symptom is flowing white water unnecessarily from s$ex&ual organs. 

You have to do PAP Smear Test after knowing this symptom and find out the stage of Cancer. How the symptoms occurs: 
1. Doing unsafe s!e$xu(al activities with many partners by both make and female. 
2. Getting marriage at small age and did s%e$x&ual activities. 
3. Giving birth to baby at small age as well give birth to more babies. 
4. Sm*ok(ing by both male and female. 
5. Using family planning elements for regularly more than 5 years. Symptoms of Cancer:
 – Bleeding while doing s*ex 
– Bleeding unnecessarily without mensuration time – Bad smell of white water from lower organ 
– Stomach and back pain 
– Feeling tired every time 
– Changing in voice 
– Change the time of urination 
– Loosing the weight
